With over 59 combined years of experience collaborating with municipalities, business owners, and property owners across Florida, Susan and Aurelio have helped property owners obtain building permits and ensure compliance with state, municipal, and environmental laws and regulations.

A proud United States Marine Veteran, Aurelio retired as a Code Enforcement Officer from the City of Hialeah. Since then, he has been managing and processing building permits for a wide range of projects — from complex commercial high-rise buildings to industrial diesel fuel tanks. He has also worked with Florida's three major private provider companies, where he developed specialized expertise in private provider plans processing and permitting services.

A former law department employee at the City of Hialeah, Susan holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from St. Thomas University, where she graduated Magna cum laude. Her expertise spans simple residential construction to multi-family workforce housing projects.
